We can only fulfil certain orders outside the UK...TDR distributes products from a range of global manufacturers and we operate within various distributor networks. Whether we can supply a machine, consumables or parts to you depends on which product range you are interested in and in which country you are based. If you place an order with us for products covered by a different distributor, we are obliged to pass your order on to them, for which the sales price may be different. Shipping - is it always free?Shipping to any location in England, Wales and Scotland is free on all orders placed through our website. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are all subject to a shipping charge due to an increased levy by our courier. If you are based in a country other than England, Wales or Scotland, we would suggest you contact us for a quotation, stating the items you are interested in.

Do I pay VAT?By law, all orders shipped within the UK must have 20% VAT applied. Orders are exempt from tax when sent to regions such as the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands as well as countries outside the EU (for instances that we are contractually able to fulfil). Orders placed by customers within the EU must also be charged VAT unless a valid tax code is provided. As there is not currently a facility to choose or submit your tax status, we would advise anyone outside of mainland UK to contact us for a full quotation. If you are unhappy for any reason...All products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Products must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in good condition. Misuse or damage is not covered. RETURNS: To return a product within the 30 day period, please contact Total Disc Repair for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be affixed to the package. Shipments without a return authorization will not be accepted. EXCHANGES: Defective or damaged materials will be exchanged with the same material at no additional cost, as long as we are informed within two working days of delivery. All materials will be inspected to determine whether the item appears defective. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel an order that has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund.
