"I'm very impressed with my Compact. I’ve tried several cheaper machines before this and none even come close. In all honesty I have probably spent more on various other machines combined, which all ended up in the bin, so wish I had bought something like the TDR compact sooner. I can see this paying for itself over a short period of time – I now see it as an investment as opposed to an expense, which is what the previous, cheaper machines were."

"The Compact is an excellent little machine that does everything it claims to do and more.

I've got over 10,000 DVDs in my collection many of which are imported. These often arrive scratched and my machine means I don't have to deal with the disappointment of sending the discs back, I can just repair them.

I bought a reconditioned version on Amazon and it's the best £249 I've ever spent!"

"The Compact is a great little introductory machine and I'm chuffed to bits with it. I wanted to test out whether offering a disc repair service to my customers would be worthwhile and this allows me to do this without a huge outlay.

Within 24 hours of the machine being in operation I've already made a couple of people very happy, restoring a playstation game back to working order and repairing a load of scratched CDs that had been scuffing around on the floor of the car.

In terms of service, everyone I've spoken to at TDR has been so helpful and they're a great company with a great attitude."
