We will always upgrade your machine and part-exchange the value, though the exchange amount will vary depending on the machine's age, condition and which model you are upgrading to.

What if I didn't buy from TDR in the beginning?

We will take any machine as part-exchange, though the value we exchange will depend again upon the age, condition and model, plus we cannot honour any agreements you might have with previous suppliers, like credit or warranties, though we are confident you will experience a better level of service and support with TDR.
