Upgrade for better output

Upgrading your machine with TDR...

We realise requirements change and so endeavour to provide flexible and generous upgrade options.

These fall under one of three categories:

3 Month upgrades retain full value

3 Month Upgrade:
Purchase any machine from the TDR or PerfectPlay range and, if you upgrade within 3 months, we will give you the full amount back in a part-exchange.
Upgrading improves your service

Improvement Upgrade:
If your machine works well, but you require more output or fancy a step up, we will buy back your machine and give you a credit against the price of a new machine. The amount offered will depend on the machine’s age and condition as well as our current stockholding of this particular model.
We recycle disposed materials

Replaced Machines Discount:
If you have a disc repair machine that doesn’t work, is close to end-of-life or has been discontinued, all is not lost! Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do in applying a discount on a new machine to thank you for the repeat business.

Conditions:
We will offer a replacement discount on any make of machine from any supplier. We can not honour any agreements you may have had with previous suppliers, but we will strive to improve the level of service and support you receive. The value of the upgrade will be subject to us viewing the machine and our valuation and offer is final.
