Web ordering has changed, we made it better...

You can buy products from TDR by the conventional method, or with our new Easy Re-Order System.
Both methods are described below along with how to access your TDR account for the first time.

Find your required products with the main top menu.

You can choose to browse all the available items for your machine, or navigate directly to a specific product.

Add the quantity of items you require to the cart with this button.

Be sure to check for quantity discounts.

Check for any quantity discounts on the product pages, then add the items to basket using the button provided.

The cart appears in the top right of the screen.

Click 'View Cart / Checkout' to update items, remove items and continue to proceed with an order.

Open 'Your Cart' at the top right of the page, review your items and click the link to continue to the checkout where you can edit your cart if necessary. 4

You now must log in, or register an account to place an order with us.

Click the 'Accessing Your Account' tab above to find out how to log in or register.

Log in to your account, or register if you are new to TDR. There is no need to register if you have bought from TDR before.

Once logged in, review your shipping address and choose the payment method you wish to use.

You can add multiple shipping addresses in our new system.

Check and confirm your order to proceed to the payment area.

At this point, prior to payment you will receive an order confirmation email.

Now check the order total, agree to the terms of our website and click to confirm your order.

Finally, you must complete the payment screen for your goods to be shipped.

A complete order will prompt a confirmation email from the payment platform. Please check for this email. Unpaid orders will not be shipped.

If for any reason you close the window or the payment fails, you can return to the payment area via the link provided in the confirmation email.

In the top right, click the 'REPEAT ORDERS' link.

There is also a link in the 'ACCOUNT' section.

Click on the 'EASY RE-ORDER SYSTEM' button found in the top header bar. 2

You will be presented with a list of the last ten items you purchased from us.

You will be taken to the cart page, you can return to the previous page to add more items with the link supplied.

Existing TDR Customers:


If you have purchased anything from us in the last 12 months using the email address in our system, you will have a live account and you will not need to re-register.

All you need to do to access your account is set a password.

  1. Click this link to go to the password reset page.
  2. Enter the Email address that TDR knows you by, if you get it wrong the page simply won't proceed to the next step.
  3. Check your Email inbox, there will be an email with a verification link for you to click.
  4. The page you are linked to will prompt you to set your new Password. (Keep this safe)
  5. Once set, you will be asked to log in with your new password.
  6. You can now place orders and even repeat orders online.
     

Note 1: If you purchase through a head office, or someone else has been purchasing for you, we may have over-looked your account and you will need to register.

Note 2: Your account is for order creation only, payments cannot be made with your TDR log in alone, you must use either PayPal, Google Checkout or a Credit Card to make a payment. This makes our website very secure.

 

Registering:


You only need to register if you didn't receive our welcome email or are completely new to TDR and haven't bought from us before.

To register:

  1. First choose the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Continue to checkout as described in the first tab on this page.
  3. Click 'Register' and fill in the Registration Form.
     

If you try to register but it doesn't confirm, then you probably already have an account with that email, in which case you just need to reset the password.

Once registered you can return to this site any time and sign in to purchase your goods.
